· Preparation and verification of investment study reports;
· Preparation of tender documents, contract documents for construction and procurement of equipment and material;
· Study and preparation of environmental impact assessment report.
· Study and preparation of environmental impact assessment report.
· Topographic surveys, geological and hydro-geological investigations, environmental surveys, water quality inspection;
· Undertake design, cost estimate and general cost estimate for industrial and civil works; electrical design including public lighting system, power transmission line and transformer station up to 35 KV;
· Verification of design, cost estimate and general cost estimate for industrial and civil works; management and implementation of investment and construction projects;
· Supervision and inspection the quality of material and equipment, taking - over, and balance payment of projects;
2/ Investment in water supply, drainage, sewerage and sanitation sectors; main contractor for implementation of water supply, sewerage, drainage projects in form of turn-key contract;
3/ Planning, investment consultancy, investigation, design for urban infrastructure works and industrial zone.
4/ Construction and installation of equipment for water supply, sewerage, drainage, and wastewater treatment works;
5/ Design, manufacture, procurement, import and export of equipment and material specialized in water supply, sewerage, and drainage and sanitation projects. 6/ Scientific research and technology transfer in the field of water supply, sewerage, drainage and sanitation |
