On October 14th in Hanoi, Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment and Belgian Foreign Minister co-chaired the second session of the Joint Committee on Vietnam - Belgium economic cooperation. At the meeting, Belgian and Vietnamese partners signed environmental memoranda of understanding.
